Winter, please don't leave yet!

I love rainy days, cold weather & clouds the most, clearly I live in the wrong place!! I think I like cold days so much in part due to the food that comes along with them. There isn't much better to me than something warm and comforting bubbling on the stove or in the oven when the weather is less than inviting outside. Next week's menu has a few of those dishes, not to mention their general likability. These dishes are still pretty darn healthy & wholesome, but also like a warm hug. Let's enjoy the cold days & the food that goes with them as long as possible!
