Spring has Sprung!

If you know me you know I am a dark & stormy kind of gal (in more ways than one) I love the rain & cold most of all! Clearly living in Sacramento poses some issues for me, so spring doesn't really excite me too much as it reminds me of what is coming for us, months of hot!! I do, however, love spring ingredients... lighter & brighter than winter veggies. Its great to go to the farmer's market this time of year, see all the new fresh things & get inspired. Next week's menu is full of such inspiration!
