Focaccia !!

It's always funny what kids ask me to make, you never know what thing they will randomly remember. This week my daughter brought up focaccia on more than one occassion, which I haven't made in at least a year maybe longer, so I decided I should probably give it a whirl. I am a bit rusty for sure, but it still turned out pretty darn good... next time I will be more patient and allow it to fully rise the 2nd time!
